Bangladesh, Feb. 20 -- The 2nd SME/Agriculture Branch of Bank Asia started operation at Baligaon of Tongibari upazila, Munshigonj from Sunday to meet agriculture needs of rural farmers. Nafees Khundker, Director of the Bank formally inaugurated the new Branch while Aminul Islam and SM Khorshed Alam, Deputy Managing Directors, Irteza Reza Chowdhury, SEVP of the Bank and Md. Mohiuddin Ahmed, Upazila Chairman of Sirajdikhan were present on the occasion.
Members of the business community, local elite and a large number of people also attended the auspicious inaugural ceremony. The Branch of the Bank has all the modern banking facilities including on-line banking and ATM.
