MENANDS -- Elias Cadan, 89, of Park Hill, Menands, NY died Monday at Albany Medical Center. Mr. Cadan was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and came to the Capital District in 1946. He was a Licenced Auctioneer from 1928 until the time of his death. He was an Honorary member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of Northeastern, NY. He was the only person ever recognized with that honor, for his many years of service. He was also a member of Temple Beth Emeth.
