SA: SA police to get 16 per cent pay rise over two years

ADELAIDE, Dec 24 AAP - South Australian police officers are in line for a pay rise
of 16 per cent on average over two years.

Members of the state's police association have voted to accept the offer made by the government.

Association president Peter Alexander said 93 per cent of association members voted
in favour of the offer.

SA Police and the association will now seek ratification of the agreement by the Industrial
Relations Commission.
